We work very hard & do our best to get your orders out to you securely, accurately and as fast as we can. Most of our US customers receive their items within 10-14 business days after payment clears but we ask our customers to please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery/international delivery depends on country origin. During periods of high demand (e.g. holiday seasons) delivery times may extend by a week or two. Need an order "Rush Delivered"? Contact us for shipping quote & est. delivery time.

ALL SALES FINAL. All Products are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons / we cannot take them back nor resell them. All of our products have a shelf-life of one year. We recommend that you order a sample... which is a great way to try a new fragrance. We also do not offer any type of fragrance exchanges. We suggest you try our oils on before deciding if you like them or not. They smell different on then they do in the bottle because they combine with the oils in your skin making each scent a signature scent that is unique to you!
We encourage our customers to inspect each package upon arrival to ensure safe delivery & accurate. We try our hardest to make sure all orders are shipped safely & accurately. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping & we have a series of check points in the shipping process to ensure everything you have ordered is included. Although damage or missing items are very rare, we do insure all the items we ship. If you receive products that has been damaged during transit, please email us within 72 hours of receiving (delivery confirmation date) to notify us of damaged or missing item & request for exchange. Damaged item must be returned to us in the original packaging. Item must be received within 7 days of email or it will be marked "return to sender" and the exchange will not honored. Once we receive the damaged item back we will send out the exchange & file any necessary claims with the shipping company. Customer covers shipping damaged item / we cover shipping costs for replacement of damage item. Any returns made without authorization, notification or after date noted will not be honored.

Do not make any unauthorized copies or uses of any artwork or materials on our site without written permission. The statements on this web site &/or printed material have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult your family health practitioner before starting, changing or altering your personal health regimen. The information presented on our site is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis. The mention of any particular treatment does not mean that the therapy is appropriate in all cases. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occur, stop using oil immediately. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on this website or any written materials. Purchaser take sole responsibility for products, handling of products & results purchased on our site/from our company. Our company, it's owners, staff and/or representatives (such as but not limited to artists) are not responsible for misuse of this or any other product or any adverse results from use of any of these products. No legal action will be take against our company, it's owners, staff and/or representatives (such as but not limited to artists) for any reason at anytime. By purchasing any of our products you are agreeing to these terms of conditions / legal disclaimer & take sole responsibility for each product purchased &/or purchased for resale. Mystic Memories offers no warrantees, written or imprinted, for any products we sell. We reserve the right to change policies / prices at any time without notice or notification.
- All sales are final. All products are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. Mystic Memories also does not offer any type of fragrance exchanges. Products are shipped out of boxes for easy inspection upon arrival, easier inventory storage and to keep shipping costs at their lowest. Gift boxes, gift wrap and product cards will be shipped flat for protection during shipping process. All final sales to customers must be in and include all componets of packaging intended for retail sales.

If you receive a product damaged during transit, please email us within 72 hours of receiving (delivery confirmation date) to notify us of damage or missing item. Damaged item must be returned to us in original packaging and must be received within 7 business days of your email or it will be marked "return to sender" and item will not be replaced. Once we receive the damaged item back, we will send out the replacement and file any necessary claims with our shipping company. Wholesale customer covers shipping of damaged item to us and we cover shipping costs for replacement of damaged item. Any returns made without authorization, notification or after date/time noted above - will not be honored.
- Do to the puritiy of our products and the fact that each product is hand-made fresh to order... Mystic Memories products have a long shelf life of 2 years. Beyond this date they should not be sold to customers and you agree to propperly discard unsold merchandise after this time period.
- All merchandise must be inspected prior to selling to customers to ensure item is safe and in excellent condition for sale. It is your responsibility to respond to customers that you make sales to if an issue arises from or after sales of merchandise. You are our customer and we sell to you, therefore we are responsibile for you/your products. You sell to your customers, therefore you are responsibile for your customers/issues. Example: A customer drops a perfume she purchased from your store and it broke. This customer contacts you requesting a new bottle - This is your call to make the decision and handle customers issue/request. If you decide to give this customer a new bottle, it will be your decision and at your cost.
- You are required to sell all Mystic Memories products/merchandise in intended packaging. You may not alter Mystic Memories packaging in anyway. If a product comes in a box with warning label/card then it must be sold to all customers in that box with warning label/card. You may display merchandise out of packaging but all final sales of merchandise must be placed in intended packaging.

You will not place your companies name on our products or hide our companies information with additional labels/stickers. You agree at no time will you claim to be the makers/manufacture of any Mystic Memories products/merchandise in your store or online.

Any violations in wholesale terms/policies will result in immediate end of wholesale account.
